Introduction
LABBAIK PETROLEUM operates the LABBAIK Petroleum Services Android application. By using the application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
No Account or Authentication Required
LABBAIK Petroleum Services does not require users to:
- Create an account
- Register or log in
- Provide a password
- Verify an email address
- Connect a social-media account
- Provide banking or payment details
Because the application does not offer account creation, there is no online user account associated with the application. Google Play's account-deletion requirements apply to applications that allow users to create accounts.
Information Stored Locally on the Device
The application may allow users to enter and save non-sensitive information for their own record-keeping and app personalisation, including:
- Display name, customer type
- Preferred Pakistani city
- Optional organisation/business name
- Preferred fuel type
- Vehicle nickname, make and model
- Vehicle type and manufacturing year
- Odometer readings
- Fuel quantity in litres
- User-entered fuel price in PKR
- Fuel-record dates
- Service-area labels, driver labels
- Vehicle-assignment history
- Maintenance reminders
- Service enquiry / quotation drafts
- Locally generated notifications
This information is stored locally on the user's device and used to provide the features selected by the user. The current application does not use a remote application database or user-account server.
Information We Do Not Request
The application is designed to avoid collecting sensitive or unnecessary personal information. It does not request:
- CNIC or passport information
- Driving-licence or vehicle-registration numbers
- Bank-account information
- Debit- or credit-card details
- Digital-wallet information
- Passwords
- Biometric information
- Precise home addresses
- Medical, political or religious information
- Personal contacts, private messages
- Call history, SMS history
Users should not enter confidential, financial, legal or identity information into open text fields.
Device Permissions
The current version is designed not to request access to precise or approximate location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call logs, photos, videos, audio files, device files, nearby devices, calendar, or health information.
The service-area feature uses manually selected cities and offline service information — it does not require GPS or live-location permission. Google Play requires restricted and sensitive permissions to be used only when necessary for core functionality.
Fuel Analytics and Calculations
Fuel-consumption values, mileage figures, estimated costs and charts are generated from information entered by the user, intended for personal record-keeping, vehicle organisation, general fuel planning, fleet-management support and informational estimates.
They are not financial, accounting, investment or guaranteed cost-saving advice. The application does not process payments, hold funds, transfer money, issue rewards or provide financial products.
Service Areas
The application may display supported Pakistani cities and general service-availability information. The service-area feature does not track the user's live location, monitor movement, collect GPS coordinates, create location history, or perform background location tracking.
Users select a city manually to view general information or prepare an enquiry.
Contact and Email Enquiries
The application may allow users to prepare an enquiry and open their installed email application. The action is initiated by the user, who can review and edit the message before sending — the application does not silently send the email.
Information voluntarily included in an email may be received at support@labbaikpetroleum.store, used to respond to enquiries, provide service information, clarify quotations, or maintain business correspondence.
Users should not send CNIC details, payment-card details, passwords or other highly sensitive information by email.
Data Sharing
LABBAIK Petroleum Services does not sell or rent locally stored app information. Information may leave the device only when the user deliberately shares information through another application, when disclosure is legally required, or when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats or harm.
The current app does not provide user data to advertising networks or data brokers.
Advertising, Analytics and Third-Party SDKs
The current version is intended not to contain advertising SDKs, behavioural advertising, social-media tracking SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, payment SDKs, banking integrations, location-tracking SDKs, or third-party login systems.
This Privacy Policy must be reviewed and updated before adding any advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, cloud-storage or other third-party SDK.
Data Security
Reasonable measures are used to minimise unnecessary data access and keep app information on the user's device. Users are responsible for protecting their devices through a screen lock, strong device password or PIN, current Android security updates, and by not sharing an unlocked device.
No electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored information remains on the device until the user deletes individual records, clears activity records in-app, clears the application's storage, or uninstalls the application.
Because there is no online account or backend database, the application does not retain an online copy of local records. Emails already sent to support may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond or meet legal obligations.
Children's Privacy
LABBAIK Petroleum Services is intended for adult vehicle owners, business users, fleet operators and petroleum-service customers, and is not designed specifically for children.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information may contact support@labbaikpetroleum.store.
Links and External Applications
The application may open another application, such as an email client or web browser, at the user's request. Once the user leaves LABBAIK Petroleum Services, the privacy practices of the external application or website apply.
Business and Service Information
Information shown about fuel services, lubricants, service areas, maintenance intervals, product suitability, prices, quantities, availability and commercial quotations is provided for general informational or enquiry purposes.
Actual availability, prices, delivery conditions and service eligibility may require confirmation directly from LABBAIK PETROLEUM.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when app features, data practices or legal/Google Play requirements change. The updated policy will display a revised "Last updated" date.
